I am a teacher for middle school special needs students in the South Bronx. We have brilliant minds inside this underfunded school, and I want to help them have access to technology in the classroom! When I came to my classroom to set up this August, I did not have a single tablet of computer available for student use. Currently, my kids patiently wait until Friday mornings to enter the coveted "technology class" (or what they call simply, "computers"). In the few months with these children, it is clear that technology in ESSENTIAL to their learning process. Please help me fund my project to bring tablets into my class, which will be used by different students for YEARS to come!
