My elementary music students are eager to learn about music and have a diagnosis of Autism. I would like to provide them with a variety of small rhythm instruments and also hands on materials that will enhance their musical development while they are in school. Ocean drums and rain sticks provide a soothing and calming environment, while small xylophones let students explore their creativity with varying pitches, and scarves and bean bags help with movement. All these materials will boost their musical knowledge and growth on an emotional and social level.
