These materials will help scholars stay motivated while in class, release any stress and/or anxiety they might have of being back in the building. Fidget toys have had an incredible impact on how scholars handle their stress, anxiety, and frustrations. Some of our scholars are highly motivated in earning snacks and candy. I have seen scholars take five minutes of their day to color to ease their stress and open up when they are having a rough day. Fidget toys, squishy toys, blocks, pop-its, and coloring books have helped scholars release tension and open up whenever they are worried or frustrated. Our scholars are extremely motivated in earning rewards and snacks.
