Each day we will gather at the rug to read stories, sing songs, and practice math together! I am a new teacher and we do not currently have a good place to gather. A rug will create a natural place to gather and learn and will make our classroom more warm and inviting for my kindergarteners! I've also included magnetic letters and magnetic whiteboards that we will use as we gather on the rug. These items will help us practice making and writing words and help me quickly assess their understanding!
