Students will create artwork using the makers, paper, glue, scissors and other materials funded through this grant to share with classmates and teacher a first project for this year titled 'Who am I?' Using these Art supplies and materials, along with print material, they will each create an Identity Poster to get to know each through their creative expression. Student will have multiple opportunities this year to be creative with the supplies funded by Donors Chose. They will collage and express themselves through pictures as we acquire Spanish to then describe themselves through the spoken language. Your donations will allow them to acquire the needed materials without causing any financial hardship for the students and their families. We will also be able to create and laminate Anchor Charts of needed vocabulary to post in classroom so that students can gain confidence in speaking.
