Family and Consumer Science is what I love to teach! As I moved into this new position this year I discovered it was not fully equipped with what I need to teach this class. My students need thread, scissors, pins, fabric and other miscellaneous supplies. I have sewing machines and all my students have fabric to make their apron, but we are in need of thread. I also work with my students on a community service project that allows them to have an impact all over the world. My students will be making pants and dresses that will be sent to orphanages all over the world, disaster area where clothing is needed, other areas of need across the United States, and most recently to 8 schools in our WSFCS district to help with needs in their clothes closets. Our biggest needs are thread and fabrics. and basic supplies - won't you partner with us and help us make a difference please!!!
