We have this room available to our students which we have turned into a Mindfulness Room. Right now it is dark, cold, and empty. I would like to make it more comfortable with rugs, bean bag chairs, lamps, LED lighting, electric candles, aromatherapy, and soft music. It will be an escape room of sorts where students can go to re-boot, relax and think. These items will make the room more inviting to my students and staff and present an environment that is calming, welcoming, and relaxing. I look forward to offering this opportunity to my students and staff.
