Phonics is an integral part of getting students to learn to read. Due to COVID-19, I need to provide personal headphones for EACH student which can be very expensive. In my classroom, there are varied learners and student needs. These class set of headphones will allow me to distribute them to every student to have for their phonics learning stations and their independent practice reading and recording for fluency. My students will benefit from your donation because they will have multiple opportunities to use the headphones to build their reading skills by listening and reading daily. With the Read by Grade 3 Law being implemented, it is crucial that my 3rd grade students are provided the best opportunities and learning resources to improve and increase their reading fluency and comprehension.
