My students are AMAZING! They are creative, innovative, and strive for excellence! Like all students, they love interaction and need engagement! We are working on building our academic math skills, as well as social emotional skills which will set them up for success now and in the future. In our math classroom, we use bulletin boards, anchor charts, and displays throughout our classroom to visualize math. This information helps students recall important math topics, reinforce concepts, and "brighten" math! Students need a welcoming and engaging environment to learn, grow, and thrive. With the Cricut machine, students can complete content area projects that show their learning in a fun and creative way. Mathematical learning is very hands-on, and we have had to change a lot of our activities because of the pandemic. The Cricut maker would provide a faster and easier way for my students to have their own materials that they can use to show their learning. With the Cricut Maker, the possibilities are endless. From classroom decor to labeling bins to organize our classroom supplies, to endless projects, there are so many uses for this Cricut in my classroom.
