The materials and supplies that I am requesting are to support the students in a new kindergarten classroom. My students will use the materials daily for many lessons and activities. We need your help to make our classroom successful in all the learning that we will be doing. The crayons, markers, scissors, glue, and pencil sharpener will be used by the students, so that they may express their creative representation and aid in developing writing skills. The unfix cubes and counting bears will be used when doing math. They will serve as a manipulative for students to use when counting, 1 to 1 correspondence, adding and subtracting, and decomposing numbers. The flashcards will be used during morning meetings and in small group discussions, they will also be available for the students to use for reference independently at a center. After the year we have all had, many of these kindergarteners are looking forward to attending in-person school for the very first time. By donating to our classroom, you will not only help to improve the lives of the students and their families but increase student participation. Your help will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and make their days a little brighter.
