Our students are provided Chromebooks that go home with them daily. The headphones will deter the noise levels in class so students are able to concentrate. Many students do not have headphones to use at home to avoid distracting others while learning, especially if they have siblings in school and they are using devices as well. We will utilize the headphones to assist with our reading and math programs (Success Maker) to help improve our scores. We have parents who have been financially unstable to purchase headphone for students to use at school. I spend money each year purchasing headphones which students lose or the headphones do not continue to work properly.
