During COVID-19, many of our students’ high school experiences were severely altered. Students were no longer were able to sit in the classroom and learn with their teammates and had to be behind glass. My materials will promote collaboration, comfortability, and ways for students to connect in ways they haven't been able to in over 18 months. As they transition into their last year of high school, we want our students to have the best experience. My students deserve a classroom library filled with titles they can visualize themselves in and that they can read freely. With this project, my hope is to rebuild the momentum and excitement for our rising Seniors and know they also have the chance to make their mark on the world.

About my class
