Movement is key for brain activity. We will use these wobble stools to move as we work in the classroom. These allow for flexible seating and us to get our wiggles out while engaging our full bodies and brains. This helps with coordination and muscle strengthening while giving students the opportunity to maintain focus. Currently our class has to share the few wobble stools we have and we would love for each child to eventually have their own. Often times students will rock back and forth in regular chairs and this provides an alternative so they are safe and fully supported.

About my class
