Time takes its toll on an equipment-intensive program like instrumental music. Whether through occasional damage, normal wear and tear, or benign misplacement, there are vital instrument components that need to be replaced over time. You can't play a Trumpet or a Clarinet without a mouthpiece, and you will struggle mightily to learn the Saxophone without a neckstrap to help hold it! These pieces will be used in school, at home, and “at the gig” because they are integral to what it means to make music on this equipment. The time has come to replenish the dwindling supply of mouthpieces and neckstraps our Band program has. Thank you for your willingness to help us fulfill our Musical Mission in these children's lives!
