My school has about an 85% poverty rate, and my students are so grateful for all the supplies and extras donated. A lot of my students come to school hungry, and a little snack will be so helpful to them, so they can wait until lunch time. They will feel they are listened when they are in school and face things that don't let them focus on class, all the things that makes them not being on their task can be solve just talking with the teacher and said how they are feeling.
