When the class goes outside of the classroom to find areas, volume, perimeter, areas in triangle, square footage, etc. the calculators will be utilized. When I taught Physical Science this is the same type of calculator the students used. From experience, I know these ten calculators will get plenty of use. Unfortunately our school has run out of calculators so I am asking for this donation. Otherwise I will have to allow the students to use their cell phones as calculators. Sometimes students are tempted to use their cell phones for other uses instead of a calculator.
