Social emotional learning is a huge priority for students during this pandemic. Learning to be a yogi through learning kid's yoga will help my students to destress and focus. They will also gain strength and flexibility. The calming environment that I'm trying to create with a diffuser with set the optimal space for students to relax and center themselves. Thank you so much for providing this opportunity for my students. They will learn these strategies in school and take these strategies to practice in their personal lives and when they are at home.

About my class
