Sitting on hard plastic seats while doing independent work can stress little backs. My students love to sit on the floor to do independent and group work, but it's difficult to read and write on the floor without back support. Flex-Space Comfy Floor Seats have cushion and back support for independent reading, writing and computer work, and will give my third graders' backs a break during centers and independent work time. Students can also use the seating to read quietly and with partners on the floor during small reading groups and center time.
