My classroom is located inside of a 92 year-old building with ventilation that mostly depends on trade winds - something that is happening fewer days on average due to climate change. Fans in my project are effective (I already have one) and quiet (making it easier to be heard for everyone since masks are still required). I want to give students manipulatives / references that are reusable, easy to sanitize, and are either fixed or do not have to be rotated quickly between class periods. I also will be teaching a ukulele class to students after school, and tuners will make it easier for students to get started playing each day!
