No obstacle is too big!!! There is just something about obstacle courses that my students love. They love the possibilities of being able to move in and around, under and through, over and on. They are building on their cardiovascular endurance, motor skills, fine and gross and balancing skills when they move through the course. It is something they look forward to every time they see one set up in the field. I can see the excitement in their eyes the moment they see one set up. These materials open up the world of building their own obstacle courses at home with their own creative minds and fitness aspirations.
