The Donors Choose Project will support my classroom with the necessary resources and supplies to ensure students success. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing, I needed to make space in my room for student desks with adequate social distancing requirements. The pocket chair storage will provide storage for student individual supplies. The baskets will also help organize and store personal supplies inside of their desks. I would like to support students social-emotional needs with engaging socio-emotional lessons and activities to make them feel safe in these uncertain and challenging time. Reward stickers will be used to celebrate success and provide positive feedback. Gratitude journals will be used to reflect on the things we have, no matter how small.
