The material chosen for this project will give my students the best chance at honing their new language skills. I will provide every single resource I can to help them practice, practice, practice. By using stories, art, music, and grammar games my students will have everything they need to gain an excellent foundation of the Spanish language reading, listening and speaking. The immersive and interesting lessons I will create around Spanish concepts will motivate and challenge students in their journey to becoming Spanish speakers. There are many academic gaps that need to be filled after Covid and my Spanish classes classes will reinforce grammatical concepts and literacy skills that are necessary to study other subjects. I hope I can instill in my students a love for learning about the world, other cultures, and other languages.
