First off, thank you for even looking into my page and considering donating - it means so much. I do not have a photo of my classroom for the fall but I do know it is empty. The materials and supplies requested will help my students feel comfortable in our classroom. Giving them different options of seating during class and reading time. The carpets and seating options will be used for morning circles, small groups, and independent time. The art supplies will help my students have access to pencils, erasers, scissors, and paper to allow our class to integrate art and hands on activities into our day. These donations would help my students come to school feeling prepared and ready to learn and ensure this is a safe space for them. I have also requested leveled books for my classroom in order for my students to have books they feel confident reading by themselves. This will help boost their self esteem when it comes to reading. I have spent so much of my own money already so any donation would be greatly appreciated. Again, thank you for considering donating to my first classroom!
