During these unprecedented times, the organization is essential and imperative when managing in person and at home learners simultaneously during mathematics and reading instruction. Our district has moved to a hybrid model, I will have to navigate between students within my classroom and my students on Zoom. I believe organization starts young and with the smallest of things. The metal filing system will allow me to sort papers in an organized manner. The stapler will be used to staple multiple papers at a time. The desk riser will be used to rise my monitor. Lastly I am also asking for a wireless headset. Organization is such a need! And, the ability to learn & work in a more flexible environment. Yet, it allows us to be so much more productive.
