These books will give students access to read books of interest in the comfort of the class without the need for a library card. Many students are more comfortable choosing a book in the classroom rather than searching the library with the social pressures it could hold for struggling readers. I wish for my students to find books of high interest while still within the scope of their ability. Let’s give them the gift of fluency and comprehension and foster their love for reading! They will be forever grateful to you!
