We do not know what the future holds, but we know that it will be very different from this very second. Imagine every school teaching the innovators of tomorrow about a machine that can take anything you can imagine and turn it into a physical object. It sounds so futuristic, but this project and so many like this before mine is making that future a reality. This is why we as a school have set a goal to have multiple 3D printers at our school for students to access. We have the technology of the future right now, we just need to get it in the classrooms for the innovators of tomorrow. Imagine in your math class that you were able to apply your math skills to create an object that you designed using your new math skills. Do you think that those math skills will stick with you longer because you are applying it to create something? That's our goal here at Sedway MS, we want students to apply their new skills to creating things that will make their life better and potentially the people around them.
