Second graders are active learners and they thrive on learning through play. Having access to quality games and well organized learning materials will allow my students learn while also having fun. Our library is full of books, but unfortunately we don't have what we need to keep it organized. While searching for a book students can feel overwhelmed by the choices when things aren't organized or categorized. By donating to our project you will help provide our class with fun and active learning materials, as well as an organization system to help students find the books that interest them. It is my goal to have a class full of students that are excited to learn, read and grow. I want them to walk into our classroom library with confidence and be able to easily find the books they want. The organization of a library can really make the room feel different. I look forward to having a room full of independent readers and active learners.
