Because the books are so engaging, students naturally practice these skills without even realizing they are doing work; they are simply excited to dive into stories that feel fun, vibrant, and made for them.\r\n\r\nReading in our library has taken on a whole new energy. Some students love to sit together and look closely at the illustrations, pointing out details and talking through what they notice. Others prefer to curl up alone with a book, quietly flipping through pages and getting lost in the artwork and storytelling. We also see students reading in pairs, taking turns describing what they see or helping each other sound out new words. These books have created so many joyful reading moments, and the library feels more alive because of them.\r\n\r\nSome students have especially connected with these new titles; students who used to wander the shelves, unsure of what to pick, now walk straight to these books with confidence.
