These resources will assist in meeting Content Standard 3.0: Participate regularly in physical activity. In order to create an enhanced environment, equipment is needed! When students have a variety of sports activities, they are more likely to increase their total exercise time! Equipment needs will bring back more physical activity for my students! Due to Covid, students have had a hard time getting back on their feet physically. Many students turned to technology over that long period of time. Students' increase in physical activity will help with stress, sleep patterns, and reduced risks of illnesses. Having a fun way of movement will allow students to be more engaged! Now that we are back to in-person and in the class setting, these equipment items will allow for variety, fun, and motivating physical activity!
