Our school is a STEAM school (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). We are always encouraging our students to become future scientists, technologists, engineers, artists and mathematicians. The hands-on activities in this project will help my students explore STEAM and work on their problem solving. The students faces light up when they are given the chance to explore and learn more about STEAM. The design cars will be a project the students will be working with for many weeks. We will spend time experimenting and working on solving problems with the cars. It will be a great exploration project for the students. The problem solving activities will be used in small groups to expand their learning with STEAM.
