After extended remote learning, students should feel a strong sense of welcoming upon return. With fresh new vibrant materials, students can feel comfortable. Students will have the option of seats and materials that assist them to increase their focus on academics. Emotional regulation and mental health is absolutely critical at all times, but especially after a year long pandemic. Students will have access to new books to assist in coping with their emotions. A well organized and routine run classroom, always for all voices to be heard, increases students' academic performance.
