As a newly certified teacher, there is nothing like setting up a new room for my very first class. The classroom isn't just about teaching from a textbook. It's about giving them the tools and resources to understand what their own potential is. Reading is the key to the future. A classroom library is just what students can use to begin a journey of their own. Our classroom library will encompass all reading levels and will hold many more books. With COVID, our library has not been used that much this year; however, I am optimistic that the book bins and books that we are adding will serve as the root to a future with vast opportunities.
