My students love stories and creative play. The books for this project are intended to further their love for reading. My students will love getting to explore the journeys that the characters from the story portrayed. All students will have the opportunity to choose their own story adventures in our classroom library, and explore their love for reading. Students will extend their knowledge from the stories with creative projects to explore their own thinking. The watercolors, construction paper, and other craft materials will help students get creative and artistic. I want students ti explore their creative abilities. The rug in this project will be used for more seating in the classroom. The rug currently in the classroom is dirty and torn in places. I have added the rug to the project to prevent students from feeling like they do not have a safe or clean environment.
