These materials will make a huge impact on my students' learning as they are learning in various environments. Some of my students are at home where there are numerous noise distractions. Some are at a daycare where there could be more noise distractions, as there are a wide age range of children present. Some of my students receive different support services throughout the day and it can be difficult to hear the support teacher over the general education teacher in the classroom. All of those factors make it difficult for the students to focus and the headphones will be a great tool for the them to utilize to help them to concentrate. Storyworks Jr is an awesome magazine for the children thats embedded with rich language and great stories along with vivid illustrations. This is a must have resource for all students learning a new language.
