SPS closed their doors on March 11th, 2020 due to COVID-19. Since then we’ve partnered with the Rainier Valley Food Bank and created a food delivery service for our families. Each week I create driving routes for our volunteers to deliver groceries who have contacted the school needing food support. This program serves over 100 families, most of who are low-income and have been directly affected by the pandemic. A laptop would help with the creation of the routes and help to keep in communication with families who are in need of additional support. Thank you!
