A global pandemic, politics, natural disasters, and more happened in 2020. There were all of these events on top of the normal struggles that my students face daily with family conflicts, low socioeconomic status, and lack of resources. Let's just say this year has not been easy. The students in a normal school setting who are usually excelling are now failing. This year is not for the weak. I want to bring a smile to my students' faces, and teach them the importance of mental health and finding self-care strategies that can create habits to support their mental health. These materials will encourage students to find out which practices work best and inspire them to continue. Mental health has always mattered, but, in today's world, it is vital.
