I am a first year teacher, whos dream has always been to teach. This year I had the chance to be a 2nd grade teacher! My dream came true, however in a pandemic! But, my students are the sunshine to the days that are hard and filled with upsetting news. I wish I could give them the world, but this is the next best thing a chance at hands on learning! These supplies will help me to teach remote students about place value while using hands on learning manipulatives. My students who do not have books at home I would like to provide them with books to help them become stronger readers. My students love to read and I want to make sure that I am providing them that opportunity!
