In order to adhere to our social distancing guidelines, we cannot fit enough tables and chairs in our small media center for a full class of students to come in for their weekly lessons. Because of this, the furniture has been removed. We are thrilled that the students will be able to come into the library, but they will need to sit on the floor using lap desks in order to be able to spread out appropriately. These seats will provide the students with a much more comfortable way to do their work while sitting on the carpet in the library. My students are so excited to be able to come back into the media center this year and these seats are the perfect solution to making this happen.
