I would really like to be able to print materials for students in the at home environment. I also like that the printer has a scanner so I can scan my notes and load them to their schoology page for later access. A lot of my students struggle with being on a computer all day. If I am able to print material and send it home, they would have a chance to step away from the computer for a little while, still completing school work. The printer will also help me as a special education teacher. When in person or virtual, I still have to write IEPs and send them home. I would love to be able to print the IEPs so that parents can have a personal copy. At times, IEPs can be twenty-five pages and I know a lot of my students and families do not have access to printers. These are important documents that families should have a hard copy of.
