We need dumbbells to relieve stress in these times and afford the students an opportunity to get a good workout in so they can stay healthy. We are doing cardio exercises but students are more interested in lifting weights. Our weight room does not have but one set of dumbbells which limits how many kids can be in the weight room at once. If we were funded another set, we would be able to double the amount of students who could use the weight room. This would also allow for more circuit type training which would be really valuable for the students.
