The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them a comfortable classroom environment through the use of lights and physical motivation in class and at home. Studies by The Optical Society (OSA) show that dynamic lighting improves student classroom performance. The various light fixtures requested will help my hybrid and virtual students become comfortable, engaged and attentive to the lesson without anxiety, tiredness and distractions that may arise. My current classroom lights are very straining to my students and I to where it is becoming a distraction. Embedding my on lights will increase engagement and conformality within the positive environment I am trying to create.
