Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will help deliver engaging and motivating material to our students while we are virtual learning. We recently transitioned to a fully virtual schedule after being hybrid since September and our students are used to seeing us in person and participating in lessons with more hands on activities. With this project we will be able to continue the social-emotional conversations we were having and help our students balance the at home learning with continued success. Our students deserve the continuation in their education and this project will help us deliver that. Some lessons we plan to deliver with this project are self-esteem building, friendship skills, social skills, and empathy. Our students will engage in interactive lessons with questions and digital worksheets to express their understanding of these skills. Our hope for fulfilling this project is to be able to reach out to more students and develop classroom lessons on topics our students are struggling with, as listed above.
