My students enjoy the PE workouts I have created for them, but often times they are unable to hear the music due to google meet issues. As time is going by, attendance is becoming an issue. Hearing a song clearly and loudly can take a child from sitting in a chair in a dark room to standing up and moving their computer to a big space (maybe even outside) to get their bodies moving. Having a way for me to blast my motivating music can change everything in a PE class. Children respond to music so truthfully. It can change their willingness to participate and be a game-changer for their health and well-being...if only they could hear it. I am requesting a Logitech Pro Webcam I will be able to play music with motivating instrumentals and powerful lyrics to reach their souls and get their heart rates up. As they leave their regular ed classrooms, they can often be exhausted and unmotivated to move. If they have incredible music to look forward to, that could be the deciding factor in attending PE class. We all know movement and mobility practices have declined during remote learning, so I want to take advantage of the little time I have with them and leave them feeling so good about themselves through movement activities supported by a quality audio system. Lastly, I will also be able to collaborate with the music teacher who is helping them produce their own music using Garage Band. I will be able to play their pieces during our exercise routines and the children will be proudly hear their work loud and clear.
