Providing good Health and Physical Education is more important now than ever. With online and virtual learning taking place across the county, students are spending more time on their bottoms and less time moving and getting the exercise they need. Coming from a technology background, now teaching Health and Physical Education, I am missing a very important tool to help me deliver captivating and exciting online instruction. Having a laptop capable of video editing and multi-media development, I would be able to use my past skills to improve our current online instruction. Being able to record and edit various exercises, skill sessions, and other healthy activities, would increase motivation and involvement from my students. You simply can not put a price on your health. Exciting videos and interesting content that motivates students in the areas of health and physical education will only result in a healthier student and a healthier world.
