IKES in Canton Georgia achieved our goal! We are a 100% Apple Teacher Certified School. Our educators worked hard to train and learn all the Apple applications to share with our Firebird students. This year, many of our classroom iPads are no longer supported and need to be updated with new devices. We use iPads in centers as part of our differentiated small group instruction, as part of our schoolwide behavior management system (PBIS), in music with Garage Band, in classrooms as a whole class activity through our interactive whiteboards, PE, in our media center, and the list goes on. Please know that with supporting our school, these new devices they will be used with our students on a daily basis!
