COVID has significantly impacted student learning. Many of my students were already low socioeconomically and the pandemic has affected many families abilities to help provide supplies and resources. Many students do not even have pencils or paper at home. This project will help me provide resource and supplies to make our classroom and at home learning more effective. COVID and online learning has created a huge gap in knowledge and adding some beginning learning books to our class will help students bring more books home to read. Another example is our students love learning with whiteboards, so supplies to support that will help make our learning more engaging and fun for students.

About my class
