My students will come to an environment that is meant for learning without the stigma that comes with struggling students. I plan to meet with students on a more individual basis, so that together we can work on academic skills that have not been acquired so far in their academic career. The materials that are selected allow me to meet the students on their academic level and help push them to their full potential. Helping a student succeed is really what it's all about. Giving them the confidence to do that by building their academic strength and self confidence will allow them to have the tools to achieve their dreams.
