Right now, our performing arts space has some unfortunate limitations. We are looking to purchase more lighting instruments, which will require additional extension cords to maximize flexibility and design possibilities. The blackout curtains will solve sightline issues, as right now the audience can see clearly all the way backstage if we have a full house. With these upgrades, we can compete with larger schools when it comes to the quality of our productions. Not only will this benefit our extracurricular performances, but our in-school dance and theatre programs will benefit as well. Our tech-theatre students directly interact with the lights, and all of our performers will appreciate more backstage privacy and freedom
