A pommie is not a pommie without pom poms. Due to the restrictions of at home learning this year, our pom team has not been able to fundraise as usual, leaving us with a tighter budget to start our season. We want to relieve as much stress as possible from our students and their families during this rebuilding season. Additionally, we are a Title I school, and our students largely come from underprivileged and low income families. A set of poms to a pommie is like a basketball to a basketball player - simply an extension of themselves. Poms, as part of our uniform, embody the very nature of our sport. They are fun, spirited, and sparkly! Poms are used to drive up excitement and school spirit at pep rallies. They accent and give mesmerizing visual effect to dance routines and chants at half time shows. By supporting our project, you are giving a dedicated spiritline team the chance to do the thing they are most passionate about, love on their school and peers by spreading kindness and joy through dance.
