I believe it will help by being an outlet or avenue that is consistent for our youth. One concern during quarantine is the overall health of our children. The lack of activity can be detrimental to the body. Small things like Exercise, is proven to help with anxiety amongst other mental illnesses. It is important that our youth remain active in this time of need. Our School has the luxury of being able to provide opportunities for our athletes to practice and work on bettering their mental health, physical health, and their craft. We are reaching out to YOU for your assistance so that our focus can remain on the growth of the Scholars.
